  4. Fever and common cold. If necessary?

Fever and common cold
Fever since morning and common cold, her weight is 20 kg, i have given paracetamol syrup and fever comes down from 101.5. Suggest some anti biotic, if necessary

These infections are mostly viral. No antibiotic is needed. Continue Paracetamol. Fever will reduce in 1 or 2 days. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup,  add haldi in food or if giving milk.

Greetings, continue syp.paracetamol(250/5ml) 5ml-5ml-5ml along with syp.T-minic 3ml-3ml-3ml*3days .if the symptoms are getting worsen tomarrow book a consultation.
