Fever and cold
From yesterday morning I have runny nose from night it developed to fever 102.9 I m taking dolo. When I take dolo it comes to 100 and after sometime again increases. Is this viral fever or covid ( because I went to child hospital for for my 6 month old cough and I doubt if I am exposed there) unable to go to hospital as I am taking care of baby alone. Is there anything I should be cautious?

Hello, this seems to be a viral fever, COVID or not only testing can tell. Please take dolo as needed for fever 6 hourly as this trend is seen in viral fevers and fever may come and reduce after medicine for 2-3 days.
Next Steps
please video consult for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Could be viral (Influenza).COVID is also viral and since it caused pandamic it can be be confirmed after test only. In both the case you need to be isolated for some time specially from your baby.
