Fever and cold before periods
Ive noticed since 2 months that i get symptoms like feverishness and mild cold before the onset of periods as in PMS timeframe and also at times dizziness and bloating.How to cure it?Could it be due to hormonal imbalance?

Hemoglobin sugar thyroid vit d and vitamin b12
Have a good protein rich diet
For bloating get an ultrasound done to rule out gallbladder stone
Have small frequent meals avoid large calorie rich meals have occurred based diet and walk after every meal that will help with bloating
