Fever and cold
Arham has runny nose and fever around 101. I gave Crocin syrup 5 ml. Should I start with Azee 200? This is second day of fever.
What should I give? Any medications? He does not like the taste if Crocin suspension and asks for Crocin drops all the time.

No need to give azee. Continue with syrup or drops dose is 15mg per kg of wt. Syrup is 125mg per 5ml. Check the strength of syrup.
You can give KADDA.150ml of water+ fresh crushed ginger+ jaggary+3whole black pepper+3 colves and a few tulsi leaves. Boil the conccoction to concentrate to make it100ml. Cool it . Serve it warm twice a day for 3 days.

Weak less conc syrups are better. You never over dose.
