Fever for 2.2year kid.fever from last 16hrs .crocin syrup has reduced the fever intensity but again starts.also running cold with running nose.

Just give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Give just paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
