  4. Fever and caugh. Me why it's happening?

Hi, my son got fever over last week, from yesterday there is no down in his temprature. Legs and hands are normal. But head to stomach and back are in full high temperature. Could you please suggest me why it's happening? What can I do to reduce temperature.

U can do tap water sponging and give paracetamol Kid needs some investigations
