Fever and body pains at night times only

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I get temperature and body pains at night but I feel better in the day time, it's been 4-5 days. I consulted a doctor a doctor on practo app and taking the medicines prescribed by him however no change. I started taking tablets on Saturday.
