Hello, bodyache is common while fever. Fever cough and body ache suggests either upper or lower respiratory tract infection may be viral or bacterial. High fever, productive cough with yellow sputum suggests bronchitis due to bacterial infection, you need to take antibiotics with paracetamol and expectotorants. Mild fever and cough with less sputum which is white is probably viral in that case paracetamol and cetrizine combination tablets are enough. Please consult a nearby physician. Avoid cold foods, and drinks, and smoking (if any). Drink hot water, and hot tea or coffee.
