Fever and body pain for last 3 days

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have been suffering with a sudden onset of fever and body aches for past 3 days. Initially fever was only around 99.9, on second day it varies between 100-103. Although the body pain has subsided I am unable to get rid of the fever all together. It only lowers after taking Crocin but after few hours it comes back. No other symptoms are there. Please advise.
