Take oral temp using a thermometer as the thermal guns are not accurate. In case you have temp above 98.6 then it's fever. For mild symptoms one can wait and monitor with regular temperature. If having too much discomfort take only plain paracetamol 500mg sos.

Takes rest , have tab. Zerodol P  1tab BD after food for 5days  amd take tab Pantozec 40mg 1tab OD before food for 5 days
