Asked for Female, 25 Years

My 4 year 4 month daughter suffering from fever & little cough. She ate 2 icecream yesterday. We r in vacation so we could not see a doctor. Her weight is 17 kg. I gave her sumol 250 syrup 4 ml. But after 4 hours fever come again. Can I gave her ADVENT 457 ( Amoxicillin 400 + clavulanic acid 57)oral syrup ?
