I have fever again and again from almost a month i have consulted many doctors every report is normal nothing is there but I have a high body temperature and feels tired

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids.
