Fever, abdominal pain, weakness
I have been suffering from flactuating fever from couple of months. I also have backache and pain in abdominal area. I also have lost my weight. Reports showed notable discrete mesentric lymphnodes measuring 9.5mm in short axis in central mesentery preserved fatty hila.

These are signs of tuberculosis and you should start with antitubercular drugs. Once you start a t t your fever and other problems will automatically subside. The medicine has to be continued for 9 months.
