Fever,(99f/98.7/98.9)
Sir I am MBBS student.i have low grade fever around 99f from past 3 days.I have done TC dc esr platelet count MPDA NS1 widal test.all the test becomes negative and all right and also RT PCR -ve. Though I have low grade fever .I am taking following medication Tab.Azithral 500 0-0-1×5days Tab.pcm 650 1-1-1 ×contd . but still fever is not coming down can I use ibuprofen 400 mg doctor?what would be the probable cause of the fever.sir?

What is your CBC report .Have to see full report. Any other symptoms? Urine R/M ? Take online consultation for detailed history and further management.
