Dear Doctor
My son 3.2 now,
He has bit watery runny nose and his temperature from last 3 days ranges between 98.5.98.7f when checked forehead and under arm it's 99.5f
Should we need to consider as fever but he is active..

Hi,
Do not add 1 deg to the recorded temperature in the axilla.
If temperature is more than 99.5 deg F, then it is fever, give paracetamol 6 hrly,.
