4 days fever,p250 3ml 5hour int given. But fever exist, What antibiotics and doses should given to my child, plz advice.

We can’t start antibiotics like that we should see the case personally and decide on patients condition clinically .. kid might required blood test also .. consult Pediatrician

For all fevers.. antibiotics are not solution and all infections are not bacterial. Consult Pediatrician
