My 2.2 years baby jas high fever suddenly without any cough and cold.palms are very hot.how much calpol I should give.what could be the reason?please help

Hello dear, syrup calpol paed 120mg/5ml, in this strength can be given according to body weight 15mg/kg of the baby. Difficult to prescribe without baby's knowing baby's weight. You can calculate dose yourself. Tc
