I'm 24 weeks pregnant with DCDA twins. I got a scan done in week 22 and all growth parameters are normal (twin A on the right with posterior placenta, twinB on the left with fundal left lateral placenta). For twin A, i started feeling fetal movements from week 21. I still feel nothing on the other side. Is there a cause of concern? How many weeks should one wait before feeling movements? I got a cerclage in week 22 and have been on bed rest since then.

Fetal movements are not definitive and localised always on USG rather than daily fetal count.
CTG is a better parameter to assess apart from other investigations.
