Fetal Echo
23 weeks pregnant .Did anamoly scan at 20 weeks showing hypoplastic nasal bone .no other soft markers or anamoly found till 20 weeks .for nasal bone went thru amniocentesis during 16th week .result came out as normal .during 20th week scan radiologist suggested fetal echo .but my gyenec said ,no need of scan now .will be do scan at 28th weeks.what should I do now ? Is echo must ?me or my husband dont have any heart related issues .first baby normal .I am not diabetic

It's only a safety measure. There is no harm in doing the test. These days Fetal echo is routinely prescribed for all pregnancies. It's completely your choice.

Better to undergo fetal echo. Many sporadic cases of heart disease do occur. All do not have family history or diabetes
