Fertility treatment advice. Pls advce!

Hi I am 34 and started for pregnancy 4 year ago got pregnant at one attempt naturally but suffered missed miscarriage at 13 weeks with fetus lost heart beat at 10 weeks no abnormalities on biopsy of POC then dr told me I am overweight so reduce weight and my tsh was high all hormones normal put me on metformin & clomid & levothyroxine did this for 6 mnths and nothing happen did exercise reduce weight became healthier but than nothing happen one dr advice iui other ivf as I was 30 amh was 5 both tube normal , uterus normaland did ivf 14 egg retreive frozen transfer but failed and clinic did some fraud with me and than heart broken and second dr advised laproscopy and grd 1 endometriosis which removed and that time rght tube went into spasm due to surgery and got blocked and started ivf again with other clinic two times egg retrieval with 4 times blastocyst transfer all failed last had biochemical than lockdown now I am 34 and I am afraid lost hope & faith over dr and depressed pls advce
