Fertility problem
I have 2 intramural fibroids on posterior and anterior wall of which max size is 5.2 cm, bulky uterus, pcod, borderline diabetes, moderate hypertension and piles problem. My husband sperm counting recently is 49 million and actively motile is 40% and dead is 50%. Please tell me can I give birth to a baby. We are trying for nearly 5 years.
