Fertility issue
In my 1st trial of using letrozole and hcg injection for fertility I got failed, got my periods. I feel demotivated. I don't know what to do next, and what went wrong. please suggest.

Nothing to worry,as you are only 26 keep regular relationship, you need to reduce weight, that will be helpful for your conception,if you need any help please reach out

Trial of letrazole is done only after prior tube testing and basic blood tests, and husband's semen test that being done ralax,treatment can be repeated ander doctor supervision

Relax ..be stress free .can go ahead again with letrozole and follicular monitoring as per your dr advice ..

Hello ! Don't be demotivated. We have to go step by step in cases of infertility. I would suggest, do follicular monitoring for one or two cycles more.

Take Tablet Letrozole 5 mg this time from day 2-6 at bedtime
Next Steps
Take home detection kit of ovulation Iknow and do a timed intercourses after double line in I- know kit
Health Tips
Take Tablet Duphaston 10 mg twice from day 16 -25 of periods Keep trying Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once at bedtime for 3 months
