Since you have regular periods and your test reports are normal. So everything is fine for now, yes you can conceive. Also start doing regular exercise and take dietary measures, it will help in Conception, and will maintain normal hormonal balance.

Hi, if all reports are normal and cycles are normal, you don't need treatment as of now. Try for a year and then if nothing happens then go ahead with treatment.
