Can we apply coconut oil as a lubericant,  while planing for baby, Is it SAFE to use? Will it effect sperm quality

Coconut oil is safe, but it is not sperm friendly. It will hinder with the motility of sperms. Safe lubricant which is sperm friendly is KY Gel. It is not very expensive too.

Better not to use coconut oil or any other oil. Use KY JELLY if at all. If trying for pregnancy, do not use any artificial lubricant.
