Calm down. Let us take example. If one is addicted to phone/chocolate /tv etc what would we do? Consider masturbation normal.if you do it its ok.if you don't as well its ok. Only when you can't control doing anything then that causes issues . So like any other addictions,try to divert   in things which you like to do. Initially there will be failures but don't be upset with time you will be fine with these positive changes. Develop hobby. Involve  constructively in what you like the most. Music. You will be fine.But dont be angry or disappointed at first slowly gradually you will be fine. You are absolutely normal.
