Masturbation
I am addicted of masturbation and i want to quit this addiction. This became habitual for me and i wanna to quit as soon as possible. What are the possible things that can finish this problem? I performed some thing like proper busy, not watching seduce type series, not following pornography contents. But still this remedies aren't proved useful. Kindly suggest something strong...
