Asked for Female, 21 Years

Since April, I have been having bleeding issues. I don't get my period cause I am on deposit provara. I will randomly feel pain and contracting in my ovary, uterus area and then I will bleed. It's sporadic but any time it contacts due to pleasure the same thing happens, with or without penetration. I'm in constant pain and the bleeding keeps happening. I could be at my desk at work and I will feel massive pain and then I will have blood. I'm not pregnant. Please help! I don't have insurance
