Female bladder falling? incontinance

39yr old female-2c-sections-problems with urinary incontinence. Had extremely painful growing pains as child-had several X-rays 2determine problem. Doctors determined no more than growing pains. All my life I have always leaked a little-Sort of got use to it. Started menstrual cycle at age10-Twice this has happened-I had rough sex-Inserting penis deeper than nothing-seeming to push something back in place-making me less incontinant & in control 4about1day. What do I need to do? Tack bladder up?
