Don't walk over the wound.
Take rest or use a Walker to walk, but don't put the feet over the ground till wound heals up.

May use megaheal or hydroheal ointment for dressing.

It will heal . Continue those ointment. Avoid walking for few days. Or do hopping with walker support or ask someone person to help u. Avoid falling down
Take prescription for antibiotic for 5 days form your local doctor to prevent any infection in that wound .

suggest u to take an foot xray to rule out any bony injury
keep limb elevated to reduce swelling.
