R u able to move your neck ? If yes and with mild to moderate pain than it’s muscle spasm . Go for ice pack application for 3 days ( duration not more than 3-5 mins ) in every 2 hours . After 3 days go for hot pack ( duration 10- 15 mins ) in every 2 hours for 5 days . If still pain persist than consult a local physio.
