Felling too tired often
M 19 yr 1month I sleep at 12pm wake up at 8 am I live in hostel Approx I use phone for 8-9hr per da Also I use earphones at high volume for about 3hr using insta and songs And while listening to song I walk like and enjoy imagine Mostly at afternoon time I have coaching from 4-7:30pm Please doctor help I feel too tired and weak before I don't experienced it but now I experience it help please

If your digestive  system is good means you are taking proper  breakfast, lunch and dinner then you  can start Geriforte tablet ( 2 tablet at night before sleep ) with milk .its an ayurvedic  medicine  it will start giving result with in one week. Or If you want instant results then take revital  capsule ( 1 cap with milk at night before sleep) :- 1 tablet of albendazole once in a month. ( if you are not taking good meal ( means apko bhukh nai lag rai then first start medicine for digestive  system then start another  medicine) .
