Feet pain for a couple of months
Feet pain for a couple of months now. I had plantar faciitis but since then my feet hurts .It hurts if I walk or stand for a longer period of time. The pain is mostly prevalent around the heel area.

As per your complaint you might have plantar fasciitis, you need to do toe curling, picking up towel, kalf muscle strengthing, plantar fascia stretching, if you have excessive weight need to be control it in BMI limit, if pronated feet than proper arch support or heel pad in shoe, contrast bath and ultrasounic treatment. Visit your near by physiotherapist you will be fine soon otherwise plantar fasciitis leads to heel spur which is more diblitating condition. Get well soon
