Infants do not have a mature thermostat system, that is the sweat glands are not fully develop all over body. They are only well develop over head.
Now when room temperature is high baby becomes hot & when room temperature is cold or less baby becomes cold. When baby cries or feeds sweating starts over the head.
So cold legs are normal for your baby
