Feet and Palm Burning Sensation

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hello Doctor, I am having feet and palm burning sensation for 5-6 months now. Sometime I feel burning in left hand also. Recently I did following tests and the results are as below. I'm taking medicines such as "Tyko 60k "and "Neurokind LC" as per doctor advise but don't see any improvment. Blood Sugar - 90/160 BbA1c- 6.1 Vitamin B12 - 397.0 pg/ml Vitamin D - 27.5 ng/ml Vitamin D2 - 2.7 ng/ml Vitamin D3 - 24.8 ng/ml Ultrasound - Normal Could You please help me with Which Doctor Should I Consult ?
