Hi Just need a little bit information that what is the root cause of pain? Did you get hurt or any kind of swelling any kind of tingling sensation. Is your movements restricted and pain is only there while movement or at rest position also

If you are unable to figure out right now then try putting your leg in warm water that is a contrast bath that will help your muscles to be relax
