Next Steps
An ENT examination included fibre optic examination
Health Tips
Regular meals at regular intervals. Avoid skipping breakfast and reduce tea/coffee . Adequate gap between night time meals and lying down, walking post meals. Avoid spicy and oily food. Can take antacids after consulting.

You are having a bad case of LPRD, reflux can be very irritating and hard to treat. Simple antacid wont help always.you can take Ganaton Total, which has a PPI as well a motility enhancer(prokinetic) Do some lifestyle and food habbit changes. And dont lie down immediately after having dinner...wait for atleast 1.5hrs before you go to bed. Still if you are feeling scared just get an FOL done .
