Get the basic investigations of your mother done like CBC, LFT, KFT, THYROID PROFILE, VITAMIN ESSAY. WITH ALL THESE TEST TRY TO FIND OUT CAUSE. If your mother non diabetic give glucose powder in water and multivitamin tablet i.e. Zincovit 1 od
