You seem to be having severe bronchospasm or Fluid congestion in the lungs. I feel you need to see a cardiologist for urgent management of Pulmonary Edema and Fluid Overload

Restrict fluids to 500ml per day and no salt in the diet. Keep head upright when trying to sleep. Calla cardiologist for immediate attention. God bless!
