Feeling very weak
Day before yesterday I went ouside and I think sunlight affected me, from that day I am feeling weak that I didnt have the stamina to sit for half n hour, nd whatever  I am eating it was not digesting and getting stomach pain(earlier also i faced  the prblm ) and loose motions ,plzz help me. also help me the food I need to take now

It's signs of sun stroke... And mild dehydration... So don't worry just simple take rest and take plenty of water and ORS and lime juice... You Wii be ok within 2 day
