Feeling Tired Week All the Time No enrg
Hello sir, I feel always tired and week sometimes I wil be k I have always worry some small plan thinks so much that I have something, suddenly I get muscle pain excessive worry all the time this is from 8 months general physician told me to do all the test all the test is normal except slightly cholesterol at that time bp was elevated so I started taking muktavati now it is controlled but I have always worry I do check my pulse rate oxygen level fever bp all the time becoz of fear worried about my future I am married with 2 children's doctor told you have anxiety to take anti depressant but I have not started I to get this rid of this worry fear anxiousness I feel tired and week always I have eye problem which is of -2.0 doctor prescribed glass even that is adjusting to me. Everything making me too much worries. Is there any solutions I was a tough man be fore 8 months now my worries making me full week kindly suggest please I am 38 yes old person working as a teacher. vit d 13

Well you can take tab  multivitamin , healthy food Change ur life style Do exercise or walk fo 20-30 min daily For pain u can use simple pain killer but for your better treatment Need history and evaluation Consult online for treatment
