As Dr. Jain suggested you must include supplements to your diet. Since you already have a problem with thyroid please make sure you are on the right dose medicine, get your thyroid function test done, if there is any problem in the test,meet your doctor and get the correct dose of medicines.
I suggest you get your vitamine D levels also checked as the symptom you described are suggestive of it.
Doing regular physical excercise along with yoga will help you .
If there is any work or personal stress, please manage it by doing meditation and yoga.
