Good day,
Exams are a phase that everyone faces, cant run from them. But maybe take a small break, focus on problem areas and places where concentration is lacking.
How is it lacking.
What can u do to improve concentration.
Try to tease out the problem, and find a solution.
You should see a therapist and then take it from there. May not need medicines .
If you do need medication , the psychologist can refer you from there.
