My current working hours are 2 pm to 11 pm.I usually fell asleep at 12am or 12.30am.But at morning even at 9 or 10 am I don't feel like waking up.From last few days I am facing this problem.Recently I am diagnosed with a migrane.So what should I do to get up at 8 or 8.30 am.
P.S.-I feel like muscles in the body are paining and headache whenever I try to wake up at this time.
