Recently, I started exercising in the morning. The exercises are of a moderate level which includes a one hour of brisk walking and a few bodyweight exercises. But soon after exercise, I feel sleepy and I sleep for the whole day. I am unable to understand what the problem is.
If these things can help
Firstly, I take nearly 4-5 hours of sleep daily and wake up fresh.
Secondly, I eat nearly 2000-2100 calories daily.
Thirdly, I am 27,(6" 2') and a weight of 210 lbs.
Please assist.
Thanks.

Hello there, it seems your body get exhausted after doing exercise and you took only 4-5 hrs of sleep which is not sufficient for the body to relax and regain it's energy. You need to change sleeping habits and need some lifestyle modifications which will help you. Do consult online.
