Feeling shivering and etching in cold
Hi Doc, Sometime in winter or with temperature change my both arms and legs shivering and I feel very uneasy in my body .. feeling etching on leg palm.. also I cannot sleep well at nights with this situation..also having runny nose at the same time.. sometime etching is too much and feeling all over the body .. feeling eyes dried and body feeling irritating if I touch eyes nose.
Consulated one doc and told me my nose bobe is bit bend,due to which m facing this problem.
Please help and suggest

Avoid cold weather exposure. Get urine routine microscopic. CBC. Tsh level to be done
