Asked for Female, 6 Years

My daughter has a temperature of 101.6 since morning with body pain. We gave her Combiflam syrup thrice but still temperature is not reducing. We are also applying cold water strips on her forehead and wiping her body too. Kindly help.

Hello.. Well continue to monitor the temperature every 4 th hourly and note it down ..also continue tepid sponging too...you can give her pct syrup instead of it...make sure that she drinks water and have food...if not subsiding please see a paediatrician as we may have to start antibiotics...thank you
