I had a surgery PCNL of kidney stone in left side 10 months ago. Now I feel slight tightness and pain in my right side stomach. Is everything ok or I had to visit a doctor. How much time it take to recover from PCNL.

Slight discomfort in scar is common. Get an Ultrasound KUB to be sure that your kidneys are fine and you are not having any recurrent stones or hydronephrosis.
You might need a further investigations if ultrasound shows something.

You should have recovered by now if it was PCNL. Get an ultrasound, CT plain KUB (if ultrasound is already done and showing a ureteric calculus) after a urologist consultation
