Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your symptoms. The cramp-like pain and frequent urge to defecate you are experiencing could be due to various reasons, such as gastrointestinal issues, dietary factors, or even stress. While it’s good that you are hydrating with ORS and having light foods like bananas and biscuits, persistent symptoms should not be ignored. I recommend monitoring your symptoms closely. If the pain or discomfort continues or worsens, it would be best to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. Persistent gastrointestinal issues can sometimes indicate underlying conditions that need medical attention. For a detailed consultation and personalized advice, please feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. I would be happy to assist you further and guide you through the next steps. Take care and get well soon
