Feeling one side of nose blocked
Hi Doctors, I'm feeling one side of my nose is stuffy or blocked as I sometimes feel it difficult to breathe(mostly in night time). I feel it is sinus pressure or something related to it. Please help!

It can happen,may be due to physiological response to air conditioning, cool weather. Do you have any nasal allergies?

take steam inhalation before sleep, start breathing exercises -anulom vilom in pranayam daily(after learning them from a yoga teacher). put nasoclear saline Nasal drops in both nostril 2times a day.if no relief consult ENT  surgeon.

It may be due to multiple reasons, like Deviated nasal septum, sinusitis, some swelling or mass in the nose etc. for a proper diagnosis u need to give an elaborate history and examination through video or physical consultation, given the corona situation right now I suggest you a video consultation.
