Feeling numbness feeling in legs
Dear Doctor About one year ago I had a traumatic fall and got fracture in L1.. I was being treated conservatively...Now I am doing good..I am overweight...I am doing yoga regularly... My concern is ...my left leg starting from upper thigh ,buttocks,and down the leg...in the side of leg gets feeling numb and weak... If a stretch a bit..it get good...again it start... Actually it comes and goes... I had done Mri earlier..it was good and shos no neurology deficits... Looking forward for your valuable suggestions in this case...

Hello, it is unlikely that an L1 fracture cause the numbness in your foot alone. Especially when the MRI was normal. This might be a new symptom because of some other pathology. Please get yourself evaluated by having an orthopaedic surgeon look at you. Hope this helps.

If the earlier MRi was done for L1 fracture and before the onset of current symptoms then you will need to repeat the MRI OF LS spine

Kindly enclose the mri here. Most likely looks like nerve compression symptoms to me.
